We're looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join a small, high-performing team building the agentic AI systems at the heart of Trengo 's product. You'll work closely with experienced engineers to design, build and ship the AI Agents, workflows and automations that handle real customer conversations at scale. This is a hands-on, build-first role. From day one you'll be writing code, shipping to production and watching real users interact with what you've made. We use AI to accelerate everything we do, and we expect you to do the same. You'll spend your days orchestrating LLMs, designing prompts and context pipelines, wiring up tools and integrations, and using Claude Code as a daily part of how you work. We don't expect years of experience. We expect curiosity, a strong foundation and real excitement about building with AI.
