This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Collaborate with installation departments to move projects efficiently through each stage. Communicate effectively with external partners, including subcontractors, utility companies, and city inspectors. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality. Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting in company CRM and project management software. Conduct project closeout processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are finalized. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance project workflows and customer satisfaction.
