I run a social media marketing agency and I'm looking to bring someone new onto the team to manage a select number of client ad accounts. This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding, but it is a role where you'll be supported properly. You'll be working inside Meta Ads Manager daily, managing live campaigns for clients who are paying for results. You'll need to understand how an ad campaign connects to a CRM, how leads flow through a funnel, and how to make sure every integration is set up correctly so nothing falls through the cracks. If a lead comes in and lands in the wrong pipeline, that's something you'd be expected to catch before anyone else does. What the role involves: You'll manage a small portfolio of client accounts. Each week you'll record a short Loom overview (around 3 minutes) covering what's working, what needs improving, and the actions you're taking.
