Function as the critical administrative HR support, business operations consultant,and HR point of contactfor a targeted audience. Partners primarily with HRleadership andrestaurant operations personnel from TM to GM.This position works withHR, team members, andmanagement to support and promote the company’s mission, values, and culture. The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including enforcing company policies and practices. This position sits within ourField HR team and supports restaurant/bar team members and leadership withsome travel visiting multiple locations. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all aspects of theemployee lifecycle and job changesas assigned. Anticipate, analyze, and communicatecriticalmetric reports totheoperations, government agencies,and external vendors. Promptly and accurately respond to relative audit requests.
