The HR Associate is responsible for supporting recruitment activities and related processes within the HR office Recruitment Key Responsibilities: Manage timely posting of job ads through external media and company website. Screen job applications and conduct entrance examinations. Schedule job interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates. Conduct HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires. Prepare initial job offers, subject to Management approval. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management or related field At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably from an IT or BPO industry Detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Confident in handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with both managerial and associate levels Above average English communication skills Expert Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel Please mention the word **ENCHANTING**
