Quick Highlights Role: Build and diversify demand generation engine at Richpanel , an AI-first customer service platform with exceptional product-market fit. We're growing 150% YoY, profitable, and converting 60-70% of demos to customers— 2x the industry average . With 45% of demos coming from word-of-mouth alone, we have a product that sells itself. Now we need a growth leader to systematically scale what's working and unlock new channels. Reports to: CEO Stage: Team of 30. Primarily based in Bangalore, India. We have a couple of team members in USA. Growth: Raised seed round from Sequoia and profitable with over 2,000 US-based brands. Location: Remote in USA Compensation: $ 160K-$200K OTE (70% fixed, 30% performance variable) 0.5%-1% equity vested over 4 years Team: You'll work directly with our CEO and collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams Why now: We're onboarding 40-50 customers per month and accelerating.
