KEY PERFORMANACE AREA Develop and implement a Group-wide Patient Services and Revenue Cycle strategy aligned with the organisation's financial and operational objectives. Optimise the end-to-end revenue cycle, including pre-admissions, authorisations, case management, billing, and collections, to improve cash flow, reduce debtor days, and enhance collection rates. Design and standardise a seamless patient administrative journey, improving communication with patients regarding funding, co-payments, and billing transparency. Identify and implement digital innovations and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within patient services. Ensure compliance with medical scheme regulations, POPIA, healthcare funding rules, and internal governance and audit requirements.
