Role Overview We are building a global network of independent freelance recruiters who source and place top talent across our client base. This is a commission-only, performance-driven role where you are fully responsible for sourcing your own candidates using your own tools, workflows, and networks. You will not be provided with sourcing tools, candidate databases, or inbound applicants. Instead, you will leverage your own sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, outbound, automation tools, referrals, etc.) to identify and submit high-quality candidates. This role is ideal for recruiters who already have strong sourcing capabilities and want to monetize their ability to generate talent pipelines.
