We’re looking for experienced production/graphic designers to join our freelance talent pool! We are building out a roster of detail-oriented production designers to support one of the best firms in the do-gooder business. The right person for this freelance role is highly organized, fast, and precise — someone who excels at executing within established design systems, resizing assets, making edits, and preparing files for launch across digital channels. This role is less focused on developing original concepts and more focused on high-quality production, iteration, and scale. This freelance role is approximately 10 hours a week (some months could be zero, other months could be much higher), and requires availability for last-minute projects and edits with tight turnarounds. The production/graphic designer would need to respond to inquiries within 24 hours and work in a timezone that overlaps with a timezone in the continental United States (PT, MT, CT, ET).
