Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to join us on a maternity cover contract and lead our Finance function through an exciting period of growth. This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a hands-on finance leader who can confidently oversee the day-to-day operation of the finance function whilst partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making across the business. What You Will Do Lead the day-to-day Finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, manage and develop a small Finance team, own the month-end and year-end close processes, prepare monthly management accounts, board reporting packs, and financial analysis, and partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insights and support business decision-making.
