We bring product, design, engineering, and GTM support. About the Role This Fellowship is for operators and specialists who’ve lived the inefficiency/problem they want to fix. You’ll validate the problem, build an AI prototype with our team, test it with real users, and prepare it for venture formation. No product or technical background needed. What You’ll Do Define the problem with real evidence Validate with customers Prototype with design and engineering Run pilots and early commercial tests Shape the venture case and strategy What You Bring Deep domain fluency Access to workflows, data, or customers Credibility in your field Clear understanding of where value leaks A bias for action Support 6-month structured co-build Hybrid with key sprints in Doha Full access to product, design, engineering, and GTM
