This also includes ensuring safe and healthy working conditions at all times for all persons in the building. ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂKey and Critical Responsibilities include: Processes facility work requests as assigned by your Manager. Coordinates all Maintenance work requests assigned which can include but is not limited to preventive maintenance, equipment record files and time records. Assists in sourcing appropriate and comparative quotations from suitable vendors for upcoming works as required. Acts as the main liaison and monitors performance for all vendors at your assigned location. Vendors include but is not limited to Security, Cafeteria and Custodial services.
