This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Facets Migration Lead to oversee large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives within the healthcare payer space. This role will lead the execution of data conversion strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate, compliant, and auditable migration of CMS program data into the Facets platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for Facets implementations and transformation programs Define and oversee data conversion strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation processes Ensure accuracy, completeness, and auditability of migrated data in alignment with CMS requirements Provide subject matter expertise on Facets data tables, structures, and data movement Develop and review complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting Identify and resolve data issues, risks, and dependencies across the migration lifecycle Collaborat
