The Role: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our email and SMS marketing department. You will be responsible for setting the overall strategy, managing and mentoring our Email Marketing Specialist, and ensuring our clients' email programs are maximizing revenue and engagement. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the high-level email marketing and SMS strategy for all clients, collaborating with Account Managers to align on goals, offers, and creative direction. Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to the Email Marketing Specialist, ensuring all campaigns, automations, and projects are completed with excellence and on time. Review, approve, and finalize all email campaigns and segments before they are scheduled, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
