Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand, looking for a high-performance Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you understand what makes a scroll-stopper convert, love scripting hooks that hit, and can direct UGC, statics, and motion assets with strategic precision, we want to talk. What You’ll Do As our Creative Strategist, you’ll own end-to-end creative strategy for our hero SKUs — including pet health products, hair loss products, supplements, and accessories. You’ll turn insights into thumb-stopping, revenue-driving creative across Meta, YouTube, and more. Your Core Responsibilities Creative Strategy ● Develop and lead multi-SKU ad creative across the customer journey ● Craft and test messaging angles, formats, and frameworks that drive conversions ● Use customer reviews, performance data, and market trends to prioritize concepts Scripting & Concepting ● Regularly script the following: ○ VSLs (Video Sales Letters) ○ UGC and VO-led ads ○ Short-form
