Miva is looking for a Director, People Operations. The chosen person will be a hands-on, strategic individual contributor responsible for leading the full human resources function at Miva. In this role you will partner closely with the executive team and Business Unit Leaders, and Directors. People Operations will design and execute people programs that strengthen our culture, drive business performance, and deliver an unbeatable employee experience across the entire employee life cycle for our team of approximately 100 employees. Miva is a fully remote company with employees distributed across the country, so this role requires someone who knows how to build culture, connection, and operational excellence in a virtual-first environment. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports; the chosen person will, however, provide oversight and direction to a part-time Recruiter consultant who supports talent acquisition activities.
