Role Overview Transcend is seeking a Director of FP&A to build and scale the financial planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities of the company. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will guide long range planning and act as a partner to leaders across the organization by enabling data-driven decision-making. You will also work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives. This is a remote, Full-Time, Exemptposition based in the United States. The successful candidate must have valid work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Finance . Key Responsibilities Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
