The Default Cash Posting Coordinator is responsible for reconciliation and timely/accurate delivery of posting instructions for payoff, reinstatement, Investor/Insurer claim settlement funds and third party sale, REO proceeds. Analysis and preparation of processing instruction associated with unapplied E, L and M bucket funds, vendor refunds and Investor/Insurer demands. Validation of non-recoverable expense submissions. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $19.50-$23.00/hr. What you’ll do: Prepare timely and accurate posting instructions for application of payoff, reinstatement, Investor/MI claim settlement funds and third party sale or REO proceeds.
