Serving as an intermediary between Legal and Business teams, this role is responsible for negotiating contract terms. This role also assists with handling corporate law matters, ensuring compliance, and supporting business transactions, working under the supervision of licensed attorneys in areas such as corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Contract Management Process Ownership: First-line reviewer for revenue-generating contracts across all business lines, ensuring rapid processing and the procurement of all required approvals prior to execution.
