The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring the progress of new restaurant franchise projects through the entire process from site selection to opening by providing guidance and support to franchisees; managing outside vendors; managing schedules, validating cost and quality of projects; and reporting status of sites in-process to internal partners. The Construction Manager will work both directly and indirectly with multiple other functions inside and outside of the Development Team, including real estate, design, procurement, operations, and technology. This is a Remote position and will sit in the Western US market. R ESPONSIBILITIES Project Leadership: Directs and leads multiple construction projects within a designated territory: project management, planning, budgeting, FF&E, execution, vendor selection/management, quality control, resource management, etc. Acts as company liaison to Franchisees, contractors and vendors keeps them on schedule, holds them account
