Location: Remote Position Pay Range: $57,699.20 - $107,140.80 Position Summary The Compliance Supervisor oversees the specialty pharmacy's adherence to federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, while leading efforts to maintain and achieve accreditations (e.g.URAC, ACHC, etc). This role focuses on managing internal and external audits, developing and enforcing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring operational processes support high-quality patient care for complex, high-cost specialty medications. The supervisor collaborates with pharmacy operations, clinical, and leadership teams to mitigate risks, prepare for inspections, and promote a culture of continuous compliance and quality improvement. This role will also support the Compliance Manager with daily management and leadership for the Financial Assistance, Revenue and Compliance teams.
