Job Summary The Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of the Company’s compensation programs across a multi-state, healthcare-focused environment. This role blends foundational analytical responsibilities with more advanced modeling and consultative support, ensuring pay programs are competitive, scalable, and compliant with evolving regulatory requirements. This position partners closely with People Operations, Talent Management, Finance, Operations, and clinical leadership to support both corporate (Support Center) and field-based compensation programs, including center staff and provider-adjacent pay structures.
