About the client: Our client are among the Top 20 Importers in Malaysia who deal with Onions, Spices including Red Chilly & Cardamom, Pulses including Red Lentils, Nuts including Groundnuts, etc. They import into Malaysia from multiple origins including India. They are looking for a hands-on operator to manage nationwide 3PL warehouses and last-mile logistics (North, Central, South). You will act as the central control tower—owning inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, and delivery reliability across partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound operations. Own inventory accuracy, stock visibility, and replenishment across regions. Oversee last-mile transport vendors to drive on-time delivery (OTIF). Track and improve key KPIs: fulfillment SLA, delivery performance, cost per order. Resolve operational issues quickly (delays, stock discrepancies, delivery failures). Standardize SOPs and drive continuous improvement acro
