Lakera is seeking a Red Team Services Lead to scale and elevate the delivery of our AI red teaming services as we grow. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll own end-to-end service delivery while mentoring and developing a world-class team of offensive security engineers. You’ll ensure our customers receive rigorous, high-quality AI security assessments that deliver clear, actionable outcomes. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between our red team and our customers — attending kickoffs, supporting technical deep dives and executive readouts, and ensuring engagements run smoothly from scoping to final delivery. You’ll also shape the evolution of our AI red teaming methodologies, helping us stay ahead of emerging threats while building a scalable, high-impact professional services practice. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure Lakera delivers exceptional client experiences while advancing the state of the art in adversarial AI testing. With
