WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU The I&I Advanced Customer Engagement Director (ACED) collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to gather customer insights and develop patient-focused solutions, creating new opportunities for I&I BU products at key Aligned KAD accounts and Supergroups. Most of the ACED's work involves direct interactions with customers to enhance and accelerate engagements that benefit the customer, Pfizer , and patients. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE Accelerate and optimize customer engagement that drives incremental value for the customer, Pfizer and the patient within the IAT process. The ACED works closely with the MG-IDN marketing colleagues and our agency partners to help drive solutions that support mutually aligned goals for the customer and Pfizer . Works with the IAT and the customer in developing an optimal plan for effectively implementing, communicating, and improving patient care that is aligned to appropriate goals and KPIs and customers capabilities.
