Position Summary The Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and support month-end close and forecasting for a fast-growing CPG beauty company. This role partners closely with operations, sales, supply chain, and finance to deliver timely, audit-ready financials and scalable accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close processes; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and supporting schedules. Maintain GAAP-compliant general ledger and ensure accurate, timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual). Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting. Manage cost accounting for COGS, SKU-lev
