Join us. Do work that matters! In partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, MobilizeGreen is launching our 2026 Virtual Youth Conservation Program. This is a national program that will engage youth in a variety of educational and skills based activities including but not limited to: environmental education, professional development, service projects, and self-care. MobilizeGreen ’s YCP program will provide an introduction to Conservation careers, opening doors for youth across the nation interested in pursuing green fields. Position Abstract: Crew Leaders will be responsible for curriculum implementation and delivery, facilitating virtual projects and activities, leading crews during program sessions, and working with youth in small groups as a mentor for individual and group projects. Work Environment and location: This position is 100% virtual.
