Title: Takeoff Specialist Position Summary: As a Takeoff Specialist, your primary objective is to ensure accurate, timely, and complete takeoff deliverables by facilitating the daily flow of information between customers and service providers. You will translate customer requirements into clear pre-construction notes and takeoff outputs, manage job status and revisions, and maintain customer account setup and ongoing configuration to support consistent execution. What You'll Do: Facilitate the daily flow of information between customers and service providers by triaging requests, clarifying scope, and ensuring complete inputs for takeoffs and pre-construction deliverables. Manage customer requirements and expectations at both a general and job-specific level, including pre-construction notes, takeoff outputs, job status updates, and revision requests. Coordinate change management for active jobs by tracking revisions, confirming impacts to scope and schedule, and communicating updates
