Business Consultant (Salesforce) - Hands On Delivery Lead
We are seeking a highly hands-on Salesforce Business Consultant who will operate as the functional lead across the programme, combining responsibilities of a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Delivery Manager. This role is accountable not just for defining requirements, but for owning them through configuration, validation, and delivery in support of a December 2026 go-live target. This is not a documentation-only role - this individual must be comfortable configuring Salesforce directly , making trade-off decisions, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
