OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that supports Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology. Responsibilities and Duties OCT currently have an opening for a Cost Estimating & Price Analysis SME to support a client. This position is contingent upon contract award. The SME serves as the dedicated resource that provides day-to-day support to facilitate cost estimating and price analysis activities. This person will deliver comprehensive cost/pricing support across contractual instruments, including but not limited to micro-purchases, simplified acquisitions, large contracts, Government Purchase Cards, Interagency Agreements, BPAs, Task Orders, Call Orders, and all federal contract types. They will also assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and reviewing cost and pri
