This role will work directly with patients, offering personalized nutrition and wellness counseling to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. This role will empower patients with the knowledge and tools to make lasting behavioral changes that will improve clinical outcomes and overall wellness. You’ll serve as one of our patients’ primary success partners, with responsibilities including: addressing member health questions, providing relevant educational resources, and fostering positive member accountability.
