Network Support Administrator
Primary Responsibilities: Monitor, support, and troubleshoot enterprise routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewall, and telecommunications infrastructure. Configure and support Cisco Catalyst, Cisco DNA Center, Meraki, Silver Peak (EdgeConnect), Cradlepoint, Palo Alto, and Prisma networking and security platforms. Respond to and resolve network incidents including node outages, interface failures, BGP routing issues, WAN connectivity problems, packet loss, latency concerns, and security-related network events. Support BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network segmentation technologies. Utilize SolarWinds and network analysis tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability. Manage ISP circuits, MPLS, broadband, LTE, SD-WAN, and carrier services. Perform network hardware installations, firmware upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and configuration changes. Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and opera
