Set up audience segmentation and dynamic content using business logic, behavioral triggers, and data synced through Hightouch. Support the creation and optimization of lifecycle campaigns that guide customers through key moments, from first sign-up through onboarding, product activation, and ongoing engagement. Maintain and improve campaign documentation in Notion, including lifecycle journey maps, experiment specs, and performance logs.
