Sr. Human Resource Manager
The Sr. Human Resources Compliance Manager role is responsible for ensuring that the organization's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Requirements Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local requirements. Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content to maintain legal compliance. Conduct internal HR compliance audits (I-9, wage and hour, classification, recordkeeping).
