In addition, the Senior Clinical Quality Auditor assists leadership with daily operations of the Clinical Quality Auditing team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Prepares and performs internal quality audits, including but not limited to, electronic and paper medical records, recordings, and live audits Communicates and works with the team to resolve issues identified in the audit in a timely manner Assists with results interpretation and communication to market leadership Provides continuous quality improvement suggestions to leadership based on audit and reporting
