Director, Workday & HRIS
The Global HRIS Director will be responsible for the support, development and continued implementation of Human Resources technology strategies and methodologies to meet the business needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and manage Workday for the Perseus Division globally within a shared Workday environment; collaborate with other tenant owners to collectively govern Workday while ensuring Perseus-specific requirements and goals are achieved. Ability to identify issues, apply judgment to find proactive solutions within our HR system. Document and maintain accurate and thorough HRIS end-user processes and procedures; and ensure training is provided to end-users across the organization. Lead strategic planning for Perseus within the shared Workday tenant; ensure alignment with division priorities and global compliance.
