Procurement OS&E Manager
About the role We are looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy Procurement OS&E Manager to join our high-end hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for ultra-luxury hospitality projects, from concept design alignment through sourcing, logistics, installation, and operational handover. You will collaborate closely with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners , ensuring that all OS&E packages meet the highest standards of quality, brand alignment, budget control, and operational efficiency—particularly in remote and complex locations . Requirements Formal studies in one of the following fields: Hospitality and Tourism, Hospitality Management / General Management (hospitality-focused), Procurement or Supply Chain Management for Hospitality, Retail Management (with strong exposure to hospitality)
