ERP Business Analyst
This is a remote position. The ERP Business Analyst will support the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts on the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) Program. This role provides advanced functional and consultative support for CAPPS HR/Payroll, with a focus on Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway (TAM/CG), OnBoarding, and/or Enterprise Performance Management (ePM) modules. The position is responsible for system configuration, security administration, end-user support, and reporting and analytics across these modules, while supporting cross-functional integration with other CAPPS components. This role works under minimal supervision and serves as a point of contact for CAPPS agencies, ensuring compliance with State policies, WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, and ITIL-aligned service management practices.
