Requirements 18+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a strategic HRBP leader in high-growth, fast-paced environments. 8+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading or developing senior HRBP talent. Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, and/or Customer Success. Deep capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, especially within scaling commercial organizations.
