Senior Modular/Cost Estimator
About the Role We are a growing modular construction company expanding our operations and transitioning part of our estimating function offshore. As our first offshore Senior Modular Estimator, this role is critical in supporting business growth by delivering accurate, commercially sound estimates while coordinating closely with internal teams and clients. This is a senior, self-managed role suited for an experienced estimator with strong AU-standard estimating exposure, solid construction engineering fundamentals, and the confidence to manage workload, pricing decisions, and client coordination independently. The role is primarily estimating-focused (around 60% estimating, 40% coordination), handling a steady flow of tenders and confirmed projects.
