Business Process Manager
We are seeking a Business Process Manager to drive scalable revenue growth, design and optimise commercial processes, and lead incentive programs. This role requires a highly analytical and execution-focused professional skilled in building structured, data-driven frameworks that deliver measurable commercial impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Regional Directors. Key Responsibilities: Override Incentive Management Design, implement, and manage override incentive programs to drive sales growth and ensure profitability. Continuously optimise and refine programs for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. Develop structured governance for transparency, alignment, and performance tracking. Monitor, analyse, and adjust incentives to maximise ROI and revenue impact. Lead testing of different structures and scale successful models. Payments Optimisation Develop and implement partner-level payment management frameworks (segmentation, rules, con
