About This Gig

Currently, PandaDoc is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our Document App Track . The role is part of the Document Domain team , which owns one of the most critical components of our platform — the document itself . While primarily focused on the Document Domain team, this engineer will also have an impact across the area and track level . The team is responsible for the core functionality that powers document creation, editing, and management across the product. The Staff Engineer will contribute to the long-term domain excellence strategy , including AI Transformation of the Development Workflow , and collaborate with other tracks to deliver the best product solutions while maintaining technical excellence . The responsibilities include improving reliability , maintaining high-quality standards , enhancing developer experience , and evolving the document platform to support new product capabilities .
