The Learning Partner within Montu ’s Organisational Development and Safety (OD&S) team plays a critical role in enabling high-impact learning experiences across the business. This role combines strong coordination, operational excellence, and learner support to ensure the smooth delivery of Montu ’s learning programs, from onboarding to ongoing development. The Learning Partner provides hands-on support across training logistics, learner communications, reporting, and onboarding planning, while also contributing to the design and continuous improvement of learning experiences. With a strong stakeholder focus and collaborative mindset, the Learning Partner ensures every learning interaction is engaging, accessible, and aligned to Montu ’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Planning and Coordination Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires across departments.
