Our client is looking for Group compliance manager to establish a compliance structure for a rapidly expanding company with multiple licensed companies. Job responsibilities: Create and maintain a solid compliance framework. Evaluate, improve, and supervise the company's compliance with regulatory standards and corporate SOPs by overseeing the regulatory department. Assist the Group with compliance issues. Consult and coordinate with regulatory agencies, external advisors and diverse stakeholders on a variety of compliance and legal issues. Providing support with license applications in a wide range of jurisdictions Regularly conduct risk and compliance audits of company SOPs and documentation to detect potential violations, flaws or dangers and respond appropriately to discoveries. Keep up with regulatory changes and make recommendations for optimal standards.
