We work closely with hospitality businesses to get them live quickly, confidently, and set up for long-term success. We have established customers, proven systems, and a growing product, but we still move fast and value people who enjoy getting stuck in and improving how things work. The Role Weâre looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, is comfortable with light technical tasks, and wants to build a career in SaaS and customer success.
